A collaboration between an interdisciplinary group of eleven students and two professors from Lucerne School of Design, Film and Art (HSLU), The Living Tent takes inspiration from the circus where performers and crew members unite to achieve a shared vision. Demonstrating how individual talents can contribute to a collective goal, the installation invites visitors to engage with student’s work as it evolves through interaction. Crafted from resources and materials found within the school, the interactive structure conveys a sense of community and family. And, in shaping the outcome together, visitors experience a space where individual achievements are celebrated within the context of a common purpose. The installation embodies the institution's core values of sustainability and interdisciplinarity, representing the school's collaborative spirit.

Through collaboration and shared vision, the House of Switzerland Milano welcomed a forward-thinking community of designers, industry players, curators, media - key voices of the design scene from around the globe.
