What makes an excellent bionic hand? How can we produce an affordable and recyclable prosthetic leg? Is it possible to steer a computer using thoughts alone? ETH Zurich explores the power of Inclusive Design. This interactive exhibition showcases the way design can break barriers through a selection of state-of-the-art and award-winning assistive technology projects. More than 2.5 billion people globally need prosthetic care or an assistive product. ETH Zurich sets out to improve their lives through CYBATHLON, a non-profit project that challenges teams from all over the world to develop assistive technologies suitable for everyday use, both with and for people with disability.
